Dilemma

I can't choose between these two dual channel kits:
Mushkin Silverine 1600MHz CL9 @ 1.5V
Exceleram Rippler 1600MHz CL7 @ 1.65V

As far as I know Exceleram is owned by Mushkin, and is developed in Germany, so I'm sure it's quality is top notch just as Mushkin's.

Basically, I wouldn't be in this dilemma if there wasn't a datasheet for sandy bridge that says to use 1.5V. But there are also datasheets for previous generations of i5 and i7 that also say to use 1.5V DDR3, and I'm pretty sure almost everyone did use higher voltages than 1.5V. 🙂
There are also divided opinions about sandy bridge, some say up to 1.65V won't be a problem, and some say over 1.58V could damage the cpu.
Any thoughts and suggestions on which RAM to choose?

Chances are, both will do 1600 7-7-7 at 1.5V. Kind of like how you're pretty much guaranteed your CPU will run stock clocks with typically ~0.1V less than stock voltage.
