That was a mistake - I didn't post the question. Anyhow I am currently eyeing the Olympus DM-1 recorder. I have heard pretty good things about it but of course I always come back here for the real info. Has anyone had any experience with this or any other recorder in setting it up for automatic transcription. For example I record a lecture that my professor gives and then want it to take the digital format and convert it to text. I have heard the DS3000 from Olympus does it, but not sure exactly how.
Anyone with experience or insight please respond.
