A source has revealed important architectural details about Intel's Xe highly anticipated graphics cards.

So perhaps a clocked up version of the Xe card that we've been seeing in the dev kits (those are 75w), and then a dual GPU 300w card for the consumer market.

The quad GPU 400/500w cards seem to be server only, probably for those hyperscale super computer jobs.

This info isn't even from the end of the planning phase, so whatever Intel started development on could be very different to this, or it could be the same.

Things could have improved significantly from here - and targets may have changed. But at the same time, this design could have gone into development without any major changes. We simply don't know.
