I'm looking for those tablet pad with stylus pen that works with Photoshop, Paint, and possibly Microsoft Office(?). A catch is that my OS is Vista 64-bit and I am totally new to this tablet thing. Last time I looked at them (like 2 years ago), they were expensive and not very compatible with many applications. But it seems like these days they can be had for much cheaper. For example,

It's like $40 after a coupon. Will it work with Vista 64-bit?
I'd like something decent and compact, not clunky and heavy. 64-bit compatible drivers are a must. I'd appreciate any input.
