Digital Multimeter Recommendations

I'm looking to spend about $80 on a digital multimeter. I would like it to have the capability to interface with my computer so it needs a rs232 or usb port. It would also be nice if it was autoranging. Any recommendations on models and where to buy would be appreciated.

I have one meter that I use all the time that has a serial interface and software on the pc. I don't use that function of it all that much, but it is there.

Has all the current, voltage, uf, hfe, temps, frequency mesauring, also is true RMS if you need that.

Fluke is going to be the best, but getting one in that price range with those features isn't possible.
I have had this meter for about 3 years and work on embedded equipment as well as AC powered items like power supplies and it hasn't given me a bit of trouble.
