Digital connectors from my sound card

I need to know where I can get the digital cables that connect from my altec atp-5 speakers to my sb live . I received the speakers from a friend and do not have the cables that hook up from subwoofer to the card. I have all the speakers and connectors though.

Hmm do you need a optical cable?

In Sweden you find everything you need at "Clas Ohlson", in USA, i don't know. Seriously, try at your local computer store or a store with music stuff (like a hifi-store).

are these speakers digital only?

if not i would just pick up 3 stereo cables and use analog mode because the the D -> A on the sound card is probably much better than those found in the speakers

i think you can pick up a digital cable from lowes or home depot though if that is your only option

Actually, i can use analog too, but it needs 2 cables looks like it. Anyone know where I can pick up these cables and what are they? I live in the states.

are these 2.1 , 4.1 , or 5.1

you should be able to pick them up at best buy, lowes , etc.

if they are 5.1 you will need 3 cables 4.1 is 2 and and 2.1 would be 1

hmm i could not find any that had 2 male ends on it when i looked

just tell them you want 3.5 mm or 1/8" cables connectors on both end with male connectors

radioshack or BB should defnitely have them
