I wouldn't trust too many sellers on Pricewatch.com. Most of these are selling grey market cameras, and they'll try to tack on a lot of extra "accessories" that would come standard on a retail version of the camera.
Dell.com has often been the best place to get a good deal on digital cameras, particularly when they're running stackable 10 or 15% coupon for Software & Peripherals.
But for everyday good deals and near perfect customer satisfaction,
www.bestpriceaudiovideo.com has historically been the site to go to. If you check their reseller ratings, you'll see they have one of the HIGHEST ratings ever - well over the 9.5 range. I've recommended family friends occasioanally to that site, and while they don't always purchase it, it's a super useful site to gauge the lower end of the price range for a camera without fretting about the reliability of the dealer.
Best part about bespriceaudiovideo is that they're based in Ohio, which means no sales tax for CA residents!
Edit: My digital photography class has recommended this site to me for online, extensive courses in digital photography:
www.shortcourses.com. Check it out if you're interested in learning more about photography with your digital camera.
