my sister needs a new digital camera that takes good pics but also does decent video. she's gonna be working on a project and needs something small.
 
Most of the newer Panasonic models do 720P at 30 FPS; even the cheap Panasonic models (like the $99 LZ8) do 848x480 (W-VGA) at 30 FPS up to the capacity of the card.
