I just got the Panasonic TZ5 which also does 720p video. Got it for $140 after using eBay's live.com cash back.

Most of the newer Panasonic models do 720P at 30 FPS; even the cheap Panasonic models (like the $99 LZ8) do 848x480 (W-VGA) at 30 FPS up to the capacity of the card.
