Is there a better camera that the Casio Exilim ZX-Z40 for technophobic parents?

It's small...
It's has NO shutter lag (their current camera takes pictures next week...)
4 mega pixels is fine for 99% of applications...

Thoughts?
 
i've used the exilim and i love it.

for the size and price i haven't seen anything better.

the charging base is also the usb conection for downloading the pics so makes it even easier for new users.
