Digital Camera for ~$150

Thinking about getting this camera (Kodak V1233) to take pictures of lab data for classes, but may extend out of class to using it for other things. Doesn't need to be too fancy or anything. What are your thoughts on this camera? If not so good then what's a good camera for around $150?

Needs to be a rectangular body (no protruding bumps). Doesn't need to be compact (going to be in a bag most of the time). 3x is fine, wide angle not an issue.

Ritz Camera was selling the Fuji F45 (Ritz branded version of the F40) for $100 after rebate a while ago. If you can still find one with a rebate - or even without - it will out-perform anything else in the $150 budget range, especially in lower light and indoors.
