I am looking at getting a new box for my media center. I currently have a dual xeon but I want to set that up as a server. I see alot of S939 mobos with 7.1 and 8 channel audio but not any that have coax or optical out. I would like gig-e and AGP any ideas?

MSI RS480M2-IL This is a motherboard based on the ATI Radeon 200 chipset. Has a lot of what you're looking for. Newegg says 6 channel audio but I'm assuming it's 5.1 audio.

On many mobos, you can buy a separate coax bracket and hook it up to the S/PDIF connector on the mobo. Some brackets will give you optical out too. I think I saw eight or so mobos like that that fit the bill over at NewEgg.
