it kicks ass...what sucks is the temp reading isn't real-time...i think it scans about every 40 seconds or so...and it's pretty damn expensive. so i got me an enermax thermal monitor...doesn't look as good...but good on my wallet.
 
Got one here too, the only way i can keep a supermicro 760 case quiet...🙂 My fans only come on when they are needed, which cuts the noise down some what..(start up tribes 2 and the room suddenly gets louder..)
It a sinch to put in and setup, works well and looks cool. My only complaint is running all 8 temperature probes and the fan connectors that go with them, makes one hell of a mess in the case. Also i didn't get a manual, but its easy enought to figure it out, plus there is a pdf on MacPower's web site anyway.
 
I just got one and it seems to work well. I did get a manaul...on CD though. It's very easy to setup too..🙂
