The problem could come from bad grounding or shielding anywhere in your system, from bad layout on your motherboard or sound card (if not onboard sound) to bad wiring or shielding in the wires running from to your speaker/amplifier setup to the speaker/amplifier set, itself.

Have you checked with the manufacturer or looked elsewhere online to see if others are having similar problems with the same gear?

Have you tried another speaker/amplifier setup?

If your setup has cables that can be unplugged from both ends, have you tried other cables?

I say "speaker/amplifier" because most computer speaker sets contain their own amplifiers, while others run the signal to separate external amplifiers and speakers, but a full setup requiers the same combination of the two.
