Do you OWN the parking spot with EXCLUSIVE rights to park there and have AUTHORITY to decide who can and cannot park there?

If not, tough shit.

You do realize that the world is not quite this black and white, right? I mean there are lots of thing you "can" do just because they aren't illegal and no one "has the authority" to stop you but are still total douchebag wrong things to do...

And to me this seems like a very cultural/location-based thing to do..

Quiet neighborhood with not much traffic - DBag move.
Busy city street with condos/cross traffic etc - A-ok.

Just get a water squirt bottle and spray water on his door handles, key holes, and side door lining. Rinse, repeat several times until the whole thing is frozen. Then dump the rest of the water on the side of the door.

Steal all four caps on his tires and hold them hostage for your space.

Bury the car under the snow.

Dump a bucket of cold water all over his car.

Pry down his window and stick a garden hose in.

Bang his mother

Tell them to move the car to their driveway or front of their house. If they don't... there are many things you can do to his car that others have posted. The watering of the car sounds like a good start.

This is an old thread, but anyway :)

Depending on ease of access :

(1)- Drain all radiator fluid and drain the overflow tank.

(2)- Punch some small holes in the upper radiator hose, ideally towards the lower manifold area.

(3)- Strip some of the wires under the hood, but don't cut them.

(4)- Refill radiator and overflow tank with gasoline :)

First, be a man and confront your neighbor about it. If they tell you to fuck off, too bad. Don't follow the often-repeated advice of inflicting property damage; that's never going to go over well. If you don't want this to happen again, either buy/rent a spot somewhere or get some neighbors together to shovel out the street.

Don't be a pushover, but don't be a douchebag either.

correct. Go and knock on their door and ask them why they did it, esp throwing your can...that's all.

Chances are they will tell you some bitch reason.

Say ok, now I know where we stand; Thanks. Shake their hand.

I can pretty much guarantee at that if delivered properly, they aren't going to try this again.
