Difficulty uninstalling game on work machine

I'm installed the downloadable game Tennis Titans from Yahoo (foolish yes I know) onto a Windows XP machine. I got bored of the game after 15 minutes and attempted to uninstall it but kept recieving the error:


"Wise Uninstall"

"Could not open INSTALL.LOG file."

The file appears readable so I don't know what could be wrong. Here is a copy of the install log:

I've tried rebooting and then uninstalling but that didn't work either. I thought about editing the registry but I'd rather not call attention to myself at work if I break the machine. Any help?

Is the machine locked down in any way? What user rights do you have?

I have admin rights.

well I guess the install screwed something in the registry - you could reinstall it and then try uninstalling again? Why do you need to uninstall it anyway?

I'll try reinstalling...and I just don't want it on the computer anymore. Not that i'm going to be installing anything anytime soon.

if that doesn't work and you want to get rid of the rest of it you'll need to go into the registry or speak to your IT department.
