Different MSCONFIG settings for Different Users. Possible????

Is there a way to allow one of the three users on my XP pro machine to not load any extra programs so I can use it for my graphical programs(games).
 
Come on someone has to know a way for this to work. How can I make a user that has only selective start up programs and the other 2 users run all programs? So I can just switch users to access different loaded programs. Like AntiVirus,FIrewall,Temp Programs,Sound Programs, I only want them running on my main users , I want one user that is stripped of all programs but being able to quickly jump between the two.
 
How's it goin there eno? I know exactly what you're trying to do, you have multiple user accounts on your one computer but you want to have different msconfig settings for each user right? I'm pretty sure it's not possible, at least not that way. I have heard of people doing it with this program linky. Let me know how it goes.
 
Damn I had that program. I think I even told you about it, damn. I shoulda thought of that.

Well that program only allows me to change 2 programs. I doesn't show even the AV programs. Darn. Good TRy. Now only if there was a program that could load into windows that would control other programs from loading. Not a registry shortcut.
