Different default browsers for different user accounts?

I'm trying to configure WinXP so that one user has Netscape as their default browser and everyone else has IE. Is this possible? It's a standalone machine, not on a domain.

Thanks, but that's not quite what I'm looking for. That only changes the icon/app in the Start Menu. What I mean is the actual default browser when a .html file is opened directly.

I should also mention that the user account this is for is not an Administrator privs account. It's a User group. That means that I also can't go in and set the Folder Options application associations for .htm and .html there because the User group doesn't have privs to modify that.

My bad... wasn't reading closely. Of course, MS doesn't make this easy to do on user-by-user basis. Would unchecking the "IE checks for default browser" checkbox in Internet Properties-->Programs let each user set the default browser manually?

not sure, but you could give them admin priv's, then make the default for htm's and htmls to netscape and then remove the priv's....
