different bios, different cpu temp!!!

I have a soyo sy6ba 133 motherboard... got a p3-600e oced to 933 cooled by a GW vos32... i just updated my bios and noticed my cpu temp under load went up from 39C to 47C...holy cow... i tried many different bioses, and anything newer than vba-2ba5.bin makes my cpu temp go up about 8C higher under full load...kinda weird...so i'm gonna stick to this old bios i got...

yep this happens some time. I know the different A7V bioses have effects on temps
