Different audio codec in Premiere 6?

Is there a plugin or a way to use different audio codecs when I export to a movie in Premiere 6. The list of ones in there are kinda weird, and I use MS ADPDM or whatever it is when I export a movie. But I don't think that's much compression and my video ends up being big because of the audio. Is there a way to select mp3 audio compression?
