Different Access for different people over Windows File Sharing

I am running WinME and I'm just curious is there any way of allowing certain people to access my shared folders over the LAN? I dont want to have one password for everyone, I want to allow certain people to see my shares and others to not be able to download from them, my guess is that WinME doesnt have such capability but is there any program out there that can help me acomplish this? I'm sick of people downloading from me while I'm playing UnrealTourney Thanx!

Have you tried putting users into two groups? - one with read permission and the other with read and copy.
