What exactly are these terminals? I just started circuits, and am confused.
Regular devices are two-terminal, right?

Wait, could it be that these multiterminal devices receive current from more than one end, and spit out in multiple ends?

This is assuming terminals are how many wires go into a device on a circuit.


am i right?

Why does it matter? just do your circuits class. It's not important.

BTW, yes. it just means it has more than one input or more than one output.
