Difference between two Athlon 64s

I am buying a new system with an Athlon 64 in it and settled on the AMD Athlon 64 3200+ Processor (Venice) Socket 939 Retail, but there are two different ones listed at both NewEgg and ZZF, can anyone tell me what the difference is between these two chips and why I would pay an extra $17 for one?

ADA3200BPBOX $156
ADA3200CGBOX $173

Thanks,
Jason

They have different stepping. I dont have a clue what it is, but one of em is better. Search the CPU forums cos i read am almost identical thread and it has ur answers...

that's odd. Cheaper means better OC. Hmm, they must've toned down the oc ability of the later stepping or something.
