Difference between these two TV's

They're both 32" Sharp Aquos. I tried to compare the spec's but I really don't know much about TV's so I didn't get very far

I don't know, but I know some screens come in matte and shiny screen surfaces.

EDIT: Looking at the pictures I'd guess ones just a newer version. Most of the specs and inputs seem the same.

Buydig's reseller rating is 8.52 So they seem solid I would consider buying locally even if it costs more, because if there is a problem with the set, RMA, shipping, time involved, can make a couple hundred dollars seem like a pittance IMO.
