Looks to me like the lack of FireWire on the first is the difference, and it's not worth $25 to me since I have an Audigy 2 ZS Platinum with two FireWire ports. Anyone else see anything?

EDIT: Anyone know of a reputable site with either board other than Newegg?
 
The EP-9NDA3+ has an additional SPDIF out port and 2 additional SATA ports.

The EP-9NDA3J seems to have IDE RAID and SATA RAID by NV, while the 3+ lacks RAID on any IDE and the NF3 SATA.
 
Ok, I see the extra SATA ports on the 3+. Onboard sound should be disregarded because of the Audigy2 ZS I mentioned in the OP and IDE RAID is all but useless to me.
