Difference between Seeing Someone and Being With Them?

Alrighty, so i'm finally involved with the girl i was speaking of a few weeks ago. We're "seeing each other." The thing is, i've never "seen" someone before, it was always a "you like me, and i like you, so let's get together" typa thing. But this time, i'm a little confused. What's the difference between seeing someone and being with them? Is it now that i should be expecting to take a BIG hit in my funds? 😛

Hah, oh no, not again, not this fast! My last experience with a damn-near all physical relationship wasn't a good one.

if I'm "seeing someone" I'm just dating and might be open to a date with another person.

if I'm "with somebody" I'm not open to seeing anybody else
