I never use the nasty-ass MSG+Salt spice packets, but I often use those prepackaged Ramen noodles in other dishes. They are better than so-called "Chinese Noodles" and they only cost a nickel.

Suggestions? I've seen lots of recipes online but i haven't found any i really like so far

Well like, I make sort of a noodle bowl/stir fry kind of thing. Brown some beef cubes (or shrimp, chicken, tofu, etc) and veggies with Chinese 5 Spice + Ginger + low-sodium soy sauce + sesame seeds + garlic, or even a store-bought teriyaki sauce or stir fry sauce. Maybe throw in some chili sauce or crushed red peppers if you want to kick it up a notch....I don't really have any specific recipes, I just wing it.

Boil the noodles, serve the meat veggies and sauce over them. Maybe drizzle a little sesame oil on top.
