whats the difference between the different radeon models like 7000,7200,7500,8500, and standard radeon. just need the basics.

LE - A normal 32meg DDR radeon that is clocked lower for OEM purposes. Flashing to a 32meg card can increase its value quite a bit. Some have tv out.

VE - dual monitor version using a stripped radeon core. Bad gaming performance.

7000 - has 32megs DDR. I think there are tv out models.

7200 - 64meg SDR

7500 - 2nd revision of the radeon core, much much faster than the other 7xxx series. 64megs of DDR. tv out, dual display.

8500 - 64megs DDR, next generation gpu, the fastest thing they have. dual monitor, tv out. whole bunch of new options on it too.

There were 2 other original radeon cards, but don't seem to exist anymore
32 meg SDR card
64 meg DDR VIVO card.
