Difference between men and women jeans

Men's jeans are waist*length*penis length. For example, I wear 32x32x12

don't guys jeans usually go by waist/inseam size 29-34, 30-36 while women's usually go by size number 0, 1, 2, 3, etc?

I would say that women's jeans are tight and men's are baggy but in this day and age, that line is getting very blurred.
