Hi, I believe that the Abit BE6-II version 1.0 board came with HPT 366 chip and the revision 1.2 came with newer chipset HPT 370. Is there any significant difference between these two chipset (UDMA-66)?? Thanks!

The Highpoint 366 chip is only for ata 66 transfer, while the newer 370 is for ata100, and I see that it can be used for raid. This info can be read on anand's home page where there was review recnetly of the new soyo 6ba+100 mobo.
