I'm up sh|t creek. I need to know the difference. I have an install comming up, and a big fat "ZERO" in XP experience. 2000 yes, but no XP experience. 😛

That's strange. I just built a computer with XP Home and it was in NTFS. Is there a difference in NTFS implementation or something?
