Difference between Evga 01G-P3-1370-TR and 01G-P3-1365-TR?

What the hell is the difference between these cards? I'm guessing the 1365 is older, but it's also $20 more. They both seem to have the same clock speeds and stuff, but difference designs and VGA connectors.

Just so everyone know these are GTX460 cards, the 1370 looks to be a non-reference card, while the 1365 looks the reference card and cooler.

1. Both are not worth upgrading from your GTX260 @ 700mhz.
2. EVGA makes sense if you are buying one for lifetime warranty, or one of their highly pre-overclocked 850mhz version cards. The ones you linked don't fit either category.
3. You seem to have noted all the differences (cooler, VGA connector). Somewhat odd to see a card with dual-dvis cost less than one with DVI, VGA setup.

Yea, that's what threw me off. That and the one with higher model costs less. I was curious, as Amazon has the 1370 model for $180 after rebate, and I have a $20 gift card. It sucks that all of Evga's models that have lifetime warranty are the EE models, considering they seem to get worse reviews than the reference model.

I have the 1370 (two, actually) and both hit 850 mhz easily. I got mine for $165 AR. Good deal, happy I did it.

I'm not sure what the 1365 model is, but it may well be one of the new "SE" cards, which are gimped GTX 460 1GB models. Not sure. I've never seen it before.
