Difference between Corsair TwinX Dual-Channel Kit and Corsair XMS?

Ok, I can buy either the TwinX Dual-Channel kit 512mb DDR3200 for $152 or the Corsair XMS 512mb DDR3200 for $137. Both are CAD prices. I will probably be overclocking and will eventually expand to 1024mb. Which one will give me the greater benefit vs. price and future expandibility. Will the Dual-Channel Kit work when I add in another 512mb?

The difference is the twinx are 2 xms sticks that have been paired and tested on an nforce2 mobo at corsair. so guaranteed to work , guess 15 bucks is piece of mind. i got the twinx 1gb xms ddr3200 for 249 the other day
