AGP slot: normal universal AGP4X slot only.

CNR: 1 less than the CUSL2
USB: 4 ports, no connector for front iPanel ports

The CUSL2 has built in AGP4x Video (the 2nd COM port on the back is actually a VGA out connector), and AGP4x Pro slot, 2 CNR, 82802 firmware hub (I believe newer CUSL2-C mobos have had this replaced since Intel is no longer making this device). Other than that they are the same.

Add what Andy said about the USB and iPanel as well. I really think the CUSL2 is the better alternative. I picked up mine off e-bay for $80(new OEM). I like having the built in video since I overclock my videocard. I got a backup in case I fry my videocard

and dont forget, if you can wait, get the TUSL2/TUSL2-C instead.. if not , these are gold...

The CUSL2 is based on the i815e chipset and the CUSL2-C is based on the i815ep chipset.

The main reason why CUSL2-C is cheaper is because it has one less CNR port and it doesn't have an integrated video controller.
