I've already been to the site dick and checked the product comparison and read all the comparisons, and the descriptions of both cards and the look almost completely identical.

So I would like to ask someone who owns both cards and it would be nice if someone was helpful instead of being an ass like you are.

The Hauppauge WinTV PVR 150 is the newest model single tuner hardware encoding PCI card. It's functionally very similiar to the PVR250. Technically it has fewer chips as the audio and video analog to digital conversion chips have been integrated into a single chip where as on previous models (pvr250) they were separate chips. This integration and economies of scale mean that the PVR150 is cheaper than the pvr250 while having comprable picture quality and specs (some would say it's even a smidge better than the older pvr250).
