Diff between these 2800+ AMD 64 Procs

They are effectively the same thing. But get the bottom one as it is a newer box, and could possibly be a newer week processor. Besides, the box is so cool.
 
I'm not 100% sure, but I would suspect the the ADA2800AXBOX would be the Newcastle CG core (from the AX description), and the ADA2800BOX may or may not be a CO stepping (AP). Generally the Newcastle is consider the better overclocker, but I have a CO that will do 2400mhz. As always luck of the draw when overclocking. Running at stock should not make a difference.
