Diff b/t Isolated Thunderstorms and Scattered Thunderstorms?

I'm checking the weather for tomorrow, and much to my surpirse (NOT!) rain is in the forcast for tomorrow. :roll:

Well, the forcast today called for "Isolated Thunderstorms" while the forecase for tomorrow calls for "Scattered Thunderstorms." WTH? :confused:

What's the difference?

Hmm....

I would think that isolated means, they're isolated to only certain specific areas like for example the slopes of a local mountain range..

While scattered is just, thunderstorms are likely to pop up anywhere...
