I've sort of developed a routine in my diet:

- Breakfast is almond milk with Kashi
- Lunch is a salad, with a bunch of greens, carrots, onions, etc. with either tuna, egg salad, or salmon on top - I mix it up.
- Lunch could also be sushi. A small amount - rainbow roll, etc.
- Dinner varies, but tends to be either chicken, turkey, or no meat at all but perhaps shrimp/seafood.

Throughout the day I eat fruits and sometimes I'll sneak some broccoli in, etc.

What am I missing? Is this a bad diet?

Does the salad with assorted greens and carrots not qualify as veggies? o_O

What are you trying to do? Lose weight? Gain weight? Just eat "healthy"?

The answer will also depend on portion size.
