Anyone know of some good diet plans out there? I mean like everything you should eat... and strictly what... or maybe a good website like fitday or something for gaining weight and maybe finding out how many calories are in some foods and which to make to gain weight and which are healthy, etc... Because having options won't make me really stick with something. I'll be stuck on indecisiveness. I can't cram down a ton of food either... 3,500 calories a day is just not going to happen. I'll barf or shit my pants, which is not favorable.
Also need some basic work-out plans if possible... Probably for everything. Not sure what to do there. I need something not so intense because I am just starting up. X_X
I weight 116lbs and I am 5'9" which is about 52.6kg and 175cm. So, yeah... I make the anorexic girls jealous.
