Was just at Ralph's in southern california and saw this on display. I haven't seen this on TV yet so gave it a try. It's ok i guess, might try it again if i find it in regular. Has anyone else tried it yet?

Lime should only be in coke when it is mixed with rum, bourbon, or whiskey.

Somehow I doubt it'll work out well, but that's sure a good idea.

Coke is acidic enough without "lime".

my brother has used it more than once to clean his toilet

Gets rust off cars too.

yourself. Snopes is debunking the "Acids In Coke Will Kill You" bit, not what it can and can't do. From that article:

Many of the entries above are just simple household tips involving Coca-Cola. That you can cook and clean with Coke is relatively meaningless from a safety standpoint ? you can use a wide array of common household substances (including water) for the same purposes; that fact alone doesn't necessarily make them dangerous to ingest. Nearly all carbonated soft drinks contain carbonic acid, which is moderately useful for tasks such as removing stains and dissolving rust deposits (although plain soda water is much better for some of these purposes than Coca-Cola or other soft drinks, as it doesn't leave a sticky sugar residue behind).

Oh, it's not the alcohol I'm questioning. It's whether or not the Diet Lime Crap will suck to start with.

- M4H
It will suck. Just like Diet Coke with Lemon. In my opinion, their flavor systems are all messed up.

I just tried the stuff myself. I think it tastes pretty damn good, similar to Sprite kinda...
