What is this, the 80s when it's cool to make fun of "diet' products? "I know this guy who ordered a bacon cheese burger and DIET coke!" HA HA HA, how funny.

Diet coke is 120 less calories per can. Have 4 cans of soda and that's 500 calories less per day. Some peopel don't need that, awesome. Some people do! I still think that drinking water is the better idea, but stop it with the 'diet' bashing. It's so dated.

"DIET ICE?" Sounds like you're making that up or misread a product label. It sounds like a drink of sorts, perhaps a rip-off /generic version of crystal light?

If you're drinking 4 cans of soda a day, I guess you get your choice of dying of cancer from the diet products, or dying of obesity-related disease with the non-diet.

It will always be fashionable to make fun of idiots. And most "diet" products are for idiots, and no more healthy than the products they pretend to replace.

Has anybody else ever encountered such a thing?

So what did the clerk say?

You wouldn't be posting this in order to ask an anonymous person on the internet over because you're too meek to just asking the clerk in real life...right? Right?
