Diet Coke OR Diet Pepsi?

Actually, come to think of it, Diet Dr. Pepper and Diet Mountain Dew isn't half bad either, for diet drinks that is. Especially with vodka.

Diet Coke.

does anyone remember the Pepsi One commercials? where they claimed that Pepsi one tasted ALMOST identical to DIET COKE? that was hilarious. if someone wanted to drink something that tasted like Diet Coke why would they buy Pepsi One??

talk about bad marketing.

Pepsi One isn't quite as bad as Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi. The one calorie comes from extra added flavoring, which does a reasonable job of masking that aspartame aftertaste. I agree with the above poster who said that Coke is better than Pepsi, while Diet Pepsi is better than Diet Coke.

And would all of you idiots please stop flaming in this thread?

I prefer Diet Pepsi. IMO, it tastes sweeter although I prefer Regular Coke over Pepsi.

that's funny.. I'm the opposite.. if it has sugar, I want pepsi.. if it doesn't, I prefer diet coke.

you guys all know that the fake sugar in diet carbonated beverages (to avoid the soda / pop war) actually works in reverse of the way people want it to and triggers a chemical in your brain to STORE FAT... kinda counteracts the fact that you are intaking less calories huh

either tastes good. the regular tastes too sugary (no i'm not some health nut i just dont like the taste of excessive sugar)

If this were true, there would be about 50 million lawsuits against all diet soda makers.
