That dancing whatever dog is named "Pochacco" produced by Sanrio. Sanrio is also reponsible for cutesy characters like

/me jacks up Diesel1 puts in 5 gallons of Rotella 10-40 and tops off the tanks with the winter weather good grade fuel and adds the golden colored additive (forgot the name.)
