Why does opera and mozilla based browsers have a quick reply and IE based browsers don't?

Really curious there. . .

Ok I've never had it on any computer using IE.

At work I'm stuck using IE and always lamented that it wasn't there. . .

I've never had to do anything to turn it on in Opera or Mozilla, what do I have to do to turn it on in IE?

It's the exact opposite for me. Ever sincce the "upgrade" quick reply has vanished in Opera for me. Shows up fine in IE though.

hehe...guess it only works when you don't already have it enabled. I kept clicking the icon to email the thread. I was seriously confused because I swore it used to be up there. Once you have it enabled, it disappears though. DUH! :Q
