All the ones I've seen are like 75 pounds, probably made of cheap steel. Are there any good two wheelers (with training wheels, she's almost ready but still a bit cautious), that don't way more than her and aren't super expensive?

Just buy her a cheap one. She'll outgrow it in a few years anyway. Buy her a decent bike when she gets older...unless you are made of money and just need to spend it!

You might check and see if anyone close to you carries KHS. There kids bikes are pretty nice and they have alloy wheels which will cut a bit of weight. Also how old is your daughter? How tall? What size bike are you looking for? 12, 16, or 20 inch wheels? Haro makes a NICE 20 inch wheel MTB that has a alloy frame, but since it's a MTB, it has only hand brakes and it will not except training wheels. 🙁
You may want to check here as well.
