Christmas Eve dinner or the meal after midnight mass usually involves honey baked ham... but we were too lazy to get the ham. We got this instead:

Straight from the farm.... Merry Christmas to those who celebrate it... and Happy Holidays to the rest.

And to my friends up North, today is shorts weather and tomorrow is perfect for the beach. 🙂

Last night's feast for our family included 5 dozen oysters (about half of which were cooked, and the other half shucked and eaten raw), 5lbs of mussels, and 6 dungeness crabs alongside some salad and cole slaw.

Tonight it will be a beautiful standing rib roast.
