Didja ever mess up and send an email to the wrong person?

I have gotten random pictures from someone about their night out. I think they were trying to be a dick about this hot girl they picked up, but I have no clue who it was.

I also got pictures sent to my phone from an EX, and these, well they are the last thing she wanted to send to the wrong person. And no, I will not post them.

i sent an IM to my brother accidentally, instead of to my friend. i do that a lot, but this time it said "I'm gonna get a Pap Smear."

im a guy btw

EDIT: yay 500 posts, and its ONLY been 3 years....

I have received photos and e-mail jokes from clients and contractors: they simply select everyone in the address book when they mail it out. What they forget is that a lot of times e-mails are added to address book automatically once you reply to a person.

Nothing risque: mostly family photos and some other random stuff.

Ya, just did in the past week at work. Meant to send it to someone else, sent it to my supervisor instead. No problem cause it was completely professional.

No, but even if I do it won't cause any trouble. Anything I need to communicate that I don't want to be forwarded around I do via phone or face-to-face. I don't write emails that can cause trouble if they get into someone else's hands.

I get misdirected emails a lot, mostly because for some reason the IT thinks it's a fine idea to allow same usernames across different email servers and departments.

My beard is white. I stuck it out the sunroof. Told 'ya it was big.

Also, that's no flesh colored telephone pole. 😉

I got sent someone else's Amazon gift certificate one time 😕. Not to the e-mail addy I have listed on AT, but one of my other e-mails, which has my actual name in it. Didn't say who it was from, and Amazon basically told me I could either use it, or they could remove it from my account. Tough choice 😛.
