Ah, leader of the Organization for It Can't Be True Because It Says Something Bad About My Government (ICBTBISSBAMG for short) has arrived 🙂

Hey, here's an idea. Instead of worrying about drug use in Canada, you might try paying attention in english class so you figure out how to form a complete sentence, use grammar, and spell correctly. Also, try to avoid the dead children in the street if you go to Canada.

Whatever grammar Nazi. I didn't say anything about dead children. I said children are doing drugs in public and no cares. I gave an example: dropping e.

I was watching Hooked on the history channel last week, our drug policy is absolutely insane. They were interviewing some boxer on Dateline the other day who received a life sentence for selling coke, first offense. He was watching murderers, rapists, pedos, and the like walk out while he was stuck there FOR LIFE. Insane. Over half of our overcrowded prison population is in for non violent drug offenses. I'm sorry, but something must be done.

Like I said you want to be like Canada where children do drugs in public ie children dropping e on the streets and no one caring.

So? I for one don't care. You don't see too many people dying from E unless its at a rave and they are either overhydrated or dehydrated.

How many marijuana related, ecstacy related, shroom related, opium related, or any other fairly "soft" drug related deaths do you hear about (to be fair opium is a bit harder). Drugs aren't all that bad, not nearly as bad as the war on drugs.

Legalize weed so I don't have to be a criminal!

Ok, so in Canada, there's lots of children dropping "E" in the streets and no one cares? So that's like an epidemic up there?

Let me ask you something chief. If someone takes "E" on the street, and it doesn't affect you, why should that be criminal?

Buddy I'm sorry, but if you have ever left your house after about 9 o clock there is a good chance you have seen kids (I'm assuming you mean don't mean kids as in actual children) dropping e in public. Especially in a college town. And yeah there is a good chance you see several fvcked up people (not on e, anything) every day and not realize it.

Hiding it does nothing but run the drugs underground, which makes them much more dangerous.

I think something needs to be done about mandatory minimum sentences in drug convictions...I not sure what the exact difference is but I think I think getting caught with crack carries like 3 times the minimum mandatory sentence compared to cocaine. I mean it makes no sense why one hard drug would be worse than another. I saw in a documentory somewhere that said cocaine is drug of choice in rich subburbs while crack is the drug of choice in poor areas because it's cheaper but crack carries a stiffer sentance if you get caught with it so the drug laws unfairly affect the poor.

i knew that about pot... it was the mexicans drug of choice (americans were mostly alcohol users), so they made it illegal to f with the mexicans (iirc)

Were you high when you wrote that? 😛

Wait so now pot was used to deport mexicans? The last conspiracy theory told to me was that it was a way to supress the hippie movement.

no, but the cotton industry likes to keep pot demonized (protects them from hemp)

Well then we should ban alcohol (again), because I could take you to any college town in American on any day of the week and show you a number of 18, 19, 20, and maybe a few 17 year olds, stumbling around the streets in an alcoholic daze.

I was talking about 12 year olds doing drugs on the street, not 18, 19, 20 year olds. Yes, it is not uncommon to see children as young as 12 high on the streets in Canada.

I'm afraid I'm going to have to see some evidence to believe that.

Wouldn't surprise me... I do know that they didn't ban drugs because they were a terrible danger to the public.
