Only on an informational basis. I come here to learn a little more about the world, see what other people's opinions are, and find out obscure yet amusing trivia. It's better than watching paint peel.

Why can't some people just NOT waste their own time and other people's time by not posting in threads they claim they have no interest in. There are hundreds of different topics in the forums. I often read long threads but don't bother posting in them if I don't feel I have anything amusing or interesting to say. This doesn't count the threads I'll bump because I think someone else would find them interesting, but I don't think that's the motivation for most of the people in this particular thread.
