Did you guys attend all your classes in college?

for the mostpart. i skipped maybe two classes intentionally. I hate missing class

Nope. But I never skipped important classes. And I've only missed one grad school class, and that was unintentional.

No

I missed a lot in one of my classes, but the instructor didn't care. I might have went once a week, but I made sure to be there for the exams.

Turned in a paper 2 months late as well. Still got a A in the class.

why would you?

Because the attendence isn't mandatory for the most part.

Jesus Christ... your post says "did you attend all your classes in college" and I said: "why would you." Jesus... I KNOW that it isn't mandatory. I am asking why any sane person would ever even step foot into the sanctum of a non-attendance taking class.

I did not realize until my last year that I got better grades when I went to every class.

If I go to class I do much worse. I am so apathetic, that I can't being around stupid people.

lol..... my psychology prof have been telling us that statistically,

ppl who attend class = better grade
ppl miss class = did worse....

I mean.... shouldn't everyone know this by now? I don't think this needs to be proven by the statistical data.....

ya.. I think we can tell from ur last post....

no, there are some that are a complete waste of time

ie the teacher is a horribly lecturer and the notes are online, all test material is based on notes in which case it doesnt make any sense to attend

I attend about 70% of the time. Too bad they take attendance in my CC, and if you miss more than a certain amount of days, you get fropped or failed.

i used to attend about 70% when i was a freshman and sophomore, but ever since then i have not missed a single class. if i find that i'm not learning anything, i can always pull out a textbook and catch up on reading... i don't see a point in not going since i stay productive in any event, and i'm guaranteed that i don't miss any important announcements.

Maybe you should try to go to a better school.
